#aLien Unannounced Samsung smartphone spotted on GFX Bench, could be the Galaxy S5 Neo “The Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo will allegedly offer a 4.7-inch HD display and run Android 4.4 KitKat” The Korean tech giant Samsung has unveiled four more variants of the Galaxy S5 flagship smartphone till date, including the Galaxy S5 Active, Galaxy K Zoom, Galaxy S5 Mini, and the Galaxy S5 LTE-A. Now, new reports on the web are suggesting that the company is also working on the Galaxy S5 Neo. A device called the Samsung SM-G850 been spotted on GFX Bench, which is expected to be the S5 Neo. According to the listing, the phone will feature a 4.7-inch HD display and will run Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box. It will be powered by a Samsung Exynos 5 octa-core processor, paired with a Mali-T628 MP6 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The phone will sport 32GB of internal storage, along with a microSD card slot to expand the memory further. It will have a 11MP primary camera along with a 2MP front shooter. Connectivity wise it will offer 3G / 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC. It is expected that the Galaxy S5 Neo will feature a toned down version of TouchWiz UI. The phone has been spotted multiple times on import and export website Zauba, headed to India for research and development.
