after about 10 days of physical rest obliged(not training) for a operation, last evining( 5 june 2014) I went to see my great friends at the gym official of Silat Suffian Italy. I watched in a corner with pleasure their workout, when at one moment they asked me variations on the sweeps, I initially hesitated to show because I still weak, then I could not resist and I let myself go in a natural, instinctively without thinking about technique, quiet, yet,I need to recharge my batteries slowly :-)thanks to my family, master and bros. dopo la pausa di 10 giorni di pausa obbligata per unoperazione, ieri sera (5 giugno 2014), sono andato a vedere i miei grandi amici alla palestra ufficiale della Silat Suffian Italia. Ho guardato in un angolo con piacere il loro allenamento, quando a un certo punto mi hanno chiesto variazioni sulle spazzate, inizialmente ho esitato a mostrare perché ho ancora debole, quindi non ho potuto resistere e mi sono lasciata andare in modo naturale, istintivamente, senza pensare tecnica, tranquilla, ma, ho bisogno di ricaricare le batterie lentamente :-) grazie alla mia famiglia, master e bros.
