after ponkala the roads in Thrimoorthy Nagar (main connected road), Ganga nagar roads) etc. were carpetted (tarring done) and a board also put at the entrance road from Highway (near New Rajasthan Marble) saying that with Rs.10.00lkh MLA fund used for this purpose. But if you travel on these roads now, it is difficult to say that the carpetting (tarring) of roads were done recently. Pot holes are there, then on raining water logging is there..... no proper ways adopted while tarring the roads for clearing the water while raining.... now the raining season is yet to start and the roads are already in pathetic condition. Also the roads in front of Mukolakal temple, tarring were done recently only and many parts of the road is damaged heavily. Now, who is responsible for this... the contractor or the corporation authorities ....... REcently we read that all these works are doing with gurantee for a minimum period of 5 yrs..... where is this apply?????? two pictures of the roads is also attached.
