alright, i cant help it, i feel too blessed to keep this to myself...i have to share things that are being overheard in my healthy living groups... coworkers saying, Wow what are you doing? You are looking great! - Angela Sprow the past two weeks I have received comments that I look smaller. Cindy Archer Buchanan Im pretty impressed with myself. Kristin So yesterday was my last day of 3 day refresh. Got on the scales this morning and showed I lost 4.8 lbs. Jody Winterrowd ps, Karla McKinnies and i lost the same amt...its like were Refresh triplets! ;) love these ladies and SO proud of how theyre improving their lives. oh, and i almost forgot to mention...cindy has lowered her BP into the normal range! woo hoo! this is one instance where being normal is a great thing! pls help me congratulate these ladies! i cant wait to take a walk w/them on the greenway sunday and share everyones results!!! #blessed #love #health #rockingit
