am i a stirrer or what. reported a leak in roadway 1 month ago to yorkshire water. 2 days later there was a blue mark round it. 3 days later there was a digger making a hole, maybe 2 feet deep. Its still there full of water and there is a barrier round most of the hole ,except for the bit next to the pavement into which a child could easily fall. have been back onto yorkshire water and now highways. Oh and before anybody asks about the fishing rights I have asked them if, as I reported it, the rights are mine. !!!!!!
