... and does or why would Wal*Mart have higher prices for many of their sales items in poor counties where a majority or large percentage of the customers use EBT Cards ... ? ... would the government approve or allow such pricing ... is it a way to to collect on EBT cards, foodstamps, etc., for items actually being paid for by the tax payers at a higher price and the same sales items cheaper in the counties where purchasing is not government funded ...is this why China is willing to continue loaning America money ... confusing to me ... but why else would Wal*Mart be moving into so many poor counties with both super centers and smaller food centers ... Just a Thought? ... do fast food restaurants do the same thing? ... and yes ... this is simply a question .... does anyone really know or has anyone compared any prices? .... and yes my personal opinion is ... when an area gets a Wal*Mart it loses its soul ... and the independent stores close and the money local owners were putting into the community dries up .. . yet people I know ... will shop for lower prices ... rather than support their neighbors ... confusing ... eh? ... does it now seem almost un-American?
