another dreadful liability of the sequestration no doubt. obama wants to make sure everyone feels the pain - when all they had to do was cut wasteful govt spending and no one would have even noticed. this bullshit is by design - I mean, how much money ( in relative terms), is our govt saving by shutting down the white house tour? They may as well start charging a .25 to pee at the grocery store while they are at it.
