aqum .003 CCS Environmental Worldwide ("CCS"), an environmental remediation firm based in Brockton, Massachusetts, the Company is now focused on consolidating an industry that provides services to General Contractors, Facility Managers/Owners, Architects and Engineers. Our mandate is to provide construction-path services including: pre-construction assistance, site preparation, hazardous material abatement, construction, electrical/cabling design, data/communication equipment installation, post occupancy services and disaster remediation/restoration services - all of which represent multiple revenue opportunities annually. These include: the development of unique partnerships with innovative industry leaders organic growth through expansion of services to the existing client base targeted acquisitions from the hundreds of local and national entities servicing similar customers in their local markets. Our acquisition strategy is designed to create incremental revenue growth and provide additional penetration into the Company’s national customer base in order to capitalize on the organic growth opportunities contemplated in the strategic initiative. Clients include Fortune 500 companies and state and local government agencies such as Comcast, Bank of America, CB Richard Ellis, Brooks County Texas, and Jones Lang LaSalle. One aspect of our strategy to supplement the organic growth and complement our existing service offerings to its client base is the establishment of marketing relationships with various divisions of Alcatel/Lucent, an international telecommunication service and telecommunication/data equipment manufacturing company, through Alcatel’s Channel Partner and Reseller indirect sales models. CCS has been approved as a Channel Partner and Reseller with Alcatel and expects to realize immediate revenue growth and market recognition from this strategic alliance with one of the world’s preeminent technology developers and largest patent owners for data and communication products and systems. The Alcatel/Lucent Business Partner Program (ABPP) main objective is to ensure that a high quality solution and a complete portfolio of services is offered by certified Alcatel/Lucent Business Partners’ experts and professionals to the customer/end user. Alcatel/Lucent has set up a range of technical and service requirements and a review process that the Business Partners must complete in order to obtain the necessary accreditation and be able to deliver expert services for maximum customer satisfaction. The ABPP also provides a full range of programs and information database on the Alcatel/Lucent solutions and products accessible via web in order to facilitate CCS to effectively implement and deliver the best solutions and services. Alcatel/Lucent facilitates the relationship with CCS which gives us the access to the information and programs we need to fulfill our customer needs. This also allows us to effectively pursue other acquisitions to grow our integrator program. Additionally, by introducing 21st century systems, quality control management, and back office synergy to the successful acquisition transactions, the Company not only expects substantial growth in top line revenue from acquisitions and organic opportunities, it also anticipates increases in operating margins. These combined would ultimately result in increased value for our shareholders.
