as i mentioned in the previous video definition post, this morning as i was doing chores, God really told me to post 2 definitions today, regarding certain issues of this important season of Lent...this is the second of the 2 definitions that God asked me to post: Holiness (Godliness) Defined... we are in the season of Lent...a most amazing time, yet often misunderstood...it is not about giving up chocolate, or eating the most amazing fish sandwiches every Friday from the local church or fire hall...it is not about being punished or being scolded...it is actually a time of refreshment, and being released from the heavy burden and damnation of our sinful ways (by the nature of simply being part of the human race) and learning of Gods plan for us to be free of sin, of its heaviness, and its torment, and of its affect on our eternal dwelling place... it is essential that we embrace this season of Lent...that we understand and appreciate the true meaning of repenting, while also understanding and embracing the amazing love of our Heavenly Father, and His provided (and freely given) grace and mercy that He extends to us all...understanding this is essential so that we can be free of the burden and reality of sin and can therefore be the unique child of God, that He designed and created us to be... how does this all happen? it starts by my (our) willingness to be on my (our) knees before my (our) Lord, my (our) Heavenly Father and Savior...and to allow His holiness to infiltrate and overwhelm me (us)...His Holiness is my salvation...is our salvation...Christ Jesus did it all...to allow us the opportunity to repent of our error, and to experience the amazing Holiness of being a child of God as a result of His unconditional love for you, and for me... this is so amazing!
