as the days go by i wish you were here everything you ever taught me makes me wanna live in fear knowing that ill never be the man that you were or be able to accomplish the things that you did tell me lord why is it so hard,its like i dont even know why im here the reason for my life is so unclear you took the only thing in my life that i knew was dad now i struggle everyday wishing i had him back thinking bout all the good times that we had as life goes on i think about you more an more its hard to get you outta my head all the memories we shared,are starting to become fogged it seems like its been so long since you passed but one thing i promise you will be my one an only dad i hope you see me writing this as i begin to cry theres not one day that goes by where i wish i wasnt cuddled up deep in your arms knowing that you were there for me from the start thank you for everything and i mean that with all my heart i love you grandpa an this is just a start please never leave my side i need you everyday to guide me through my life i promise you that i will do the best that i can as long as you lead me on this journey that never ends an promise to stay with me until the end.... thank you Jesus now heres a big AMEN!
