#askjobsDBph Hello jobsDB! Im an avid fan of your Facebook page and I really enjoy reading you and your readers advice about job-related issues and concerns. I never thought I would be needing your advice so soon myself. Me and my boss dont see eye to eye on a lot of things but I try very hard to give him what he wants. Unfortunately, he doesnt seem to recognize my hard work and only notices the little inconsistencies with my performance. Im in a point where i dont want anything to do with him anymore. As I write this message, I have my resignation letter printed out but will hold on to it until after I read your advice. Am I doing the right thing? I know I may not be thinking clearly but Im in a point where I feel unappreciated, undervalued, and taken for granted. Will wait for your advice and hopefully it will be soon.
