at target this evening and I see a little boy, maybe 4? at the top of the escalator. his mom and big sisters are at the bottom cheering him on. I can see the pensive look as tears start to build in his eyes and his chin starts to wrinkle. I offer him my hand and ask if he could help me on. he nods and holds on, on the way down I hold his little hand and lean down to tell him its ok, we were all scared one day and not to let anyone make him feel embarrassed! just as we had got on to get down, his mom took the one to get up to him, when we passed she thanked me for helping him. it was such a sweet moment. aww the feels I felt. :)
