#bayelsahouseofassembly...Mine/supporters group decisions concerning my ambition to aspire for the bayelsa house assembly 2015 election under the peoples democratic party(PDP).After hours of discussions I and my support group arrived at the following decssions last night 29th october 2015 in IMIRINGI TOWN in BAYELSA OF NIGERIA. 1).I REV RANAMI AFAGHA is hereby withdrawing from aspiring for the bayelsa state house of assembly primary election under the peoples democratic party (PDP). 2)I am withdrawing because it is on the party and public notice that the goverment of the day has coronated a lady in ward6 of OGBIA constituency3 to be the next assembly member to represent me and the rest of the people of our great constituency against the wish of the people who desire that my ward8 should produce the next assembly been the most disadvantaged in the whole constituency with no elective position or a direct member of the pdp in ward8 with any government appointment..with a voting strenght of over 8000(IMIRINGI and ELEBELE communities). 3)That as a group we remain loyal to the PDP and are committed to working for the success of the re-election of MR president. 4) As a group and I been the leader we will not be supporting the candidature of the said lady.we are aware she can win the general elections without us..we took this decison because these are the set of persons we labour for in the last governorship election risking our lives with treats from the disbanded operation famou tamgbe and today we have seen nothing from those we risked our lives for. 5)We thank all our supporters,chiefs,elders,opinion leaders,youths groups,women groups,transport unions.ALUA for support.I am asking you supporters round kolocreek to remain calm and remain loyal to the PDP. You all believed in me because you know I can lead you and I will always assure you I will not fail you.there will always be another time and in other capacity I can and will serve you.I eargerly await for any opening that will be available for me to serve you and represent you the good people of kolocreek/OGBIA constituency3.
