been seeing a lot of posts today about raising taxes on the wealthy to help cover various things for the poor, and i just wish to remind people: its easy to be generous with someone elses money... but that isnt compassion. i fully support acts of compassion and charity. if you worry about those less fortunate, DO something. make them dinner. raise money for shelter and clothing. be the change you wish to see in the world. but dont just go around demanding those with riches to give it to someone you think needs it more and call yourself a humanitarian.
