been watching the news etc to see if they can get some budget, well surprise surprise only congress people working are Republicans, dems took day off. also some big misconceptions about the shut down. SS, Medicare, Post Offices Military and many others will NOT be affected. National Parks and libraries(federal) and a few others would be, but most will not feel a thing.some federal little people like office folks will be gone. but hey why not all on Capital Hill not get paid for a year. wow they would never give up a dime to help the Americans, they just vote raises for themselves, one which was done in Senate 2 months ago. way to go Dem run senate.
