before five years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes. after then everyday I must take pills to command my blood sugar. even though I never sto taking pills and see my doctor periodically, I realized my physique is one day inferior to the next day. Last month, my son refered me to join in a program which is to teach people how to do sports to gain younger and fitness. At first I was reluctant to do this for I thought it can’t work valid for me. But I didn’t like to live up to my son’s fine wish, so I stick to doing the excise everyday. The outcome is fantastic. I look younger and more health then before.
