bfonics hiring a Digital Marketing Manager ( India/ South East Asia) Requirements for the role: Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns Overseeing the social media strategy for the company Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing Responsible for the day to day management of the online marketing programs, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals and reporting Serve as the day to day contact for agencies / partners Ensure all online marketing channels are aligned with brand marketing calendars while keeping an eye out for potential issues and/or opportunities Track, measure and report online marketing performance on a regular basis Communicate online marketing strategies and tactics to colleagues and senior leadership Collaborate with ecommerce, brand, merchandising, IT, store operations, creative and legal to execute new and existing initiatives Evaluate and recommend new online marketing opportunities and technologies Educaiton & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (MBA a plus) 3+ years of proven experience building high ROI online marketing programs that acquire new customers Experience with SEM, CSEs, affiliate marketing, paid social media advertising, display and mobile advertising A deep understanding of ecommerce technology (web analytics, ad tracking, a/b/n testing, tag management, content management) A curiosity about identifying what drives conversions A creative and analytical mind Strong interpersonal and communication skills Results and deadline driven Able to work independently with little direction and multi-task while being productive and timely
