bought bountiful baskets last week, and pick up again on Sat. man, I have been so busy, today canned pear honey, but decided to change up the recipe, to pear plum, sauce, like apple sauce. canned up that and oh man is it good, going to make it again with the next batch of pears I get on Sat. Plus I have some frozen in the freezer, I will add. It also has pineapple and a lemon in it, wow, really good. Made a huge dish of apple crisp, and canned the rest of the apples. Canned some grapes, cause no one was eating them. this last weekend defrosted the freezer, dehydrated and froze a case of peaches, ( 2 more cases coming on Sat.) + 10 2 lb containers of strawberries sliced and measured individually for jam and frozen and 4 containers of raspberries. dehydrated tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, onions, peppers, and tomorrow, Ill start 2 heads of cabbage on the dehydrator. Plus Brian has been sick, but feeling better, just really busy. Also got all my deer canned last weekend, pretty proud of myself actually.
