british gas are a joke phoned them yesterday to report fault with prepayment card to be told to wait until meter gets down to 1 pound and then to go to payment outlet and get new card which newbugh po or coop didnt have so phoned bg to be told to go to dunshalt and get new card then that didnt work so phoned them back to be told to wait till it got to 50 pence and get in touch so got in touch at 8pm to be told meter has to be out all together before they send engineer out as they arent allowed to work with gas surely that is there bloody joke tekk you one thing i will be changing my supplier
