brothers ,ye bhram apne mind se hata de ki old advertisement ka samast b s a (sachiv) dwra jari kiya jana galat tha .yadi aisa hota to hon single bench jinhone old advertisement ko promote na karne ka reason trainee teacher cadet ka na hona bataya hai aisa na batate .aur d b is bat ko apne pehle hi order mai kaha hai ki agar tet merit se candidates ka chayan training ke liye hota aur trainee teacher na kehlaye jate ,training ke bad agar dubara unka chayan tet merit se sahayak adhyapak ke liye hota tab bhi wahi result milta jo ki new adv se prapt ho raha hai .d b namkaran ke mahatva ko nakar chuka hai .samast bsa(sachiv) dwra vigyapti jari hone ko na to single bench ne galat mana nahi double bench ne .old advertisement mai ek takniki kami 2dec 2011 notification tha jiske tahat v btc candidates par punah prashikshan ke liye badhya kiya ja raha tha .justice tondon ke pass shiv prakas kushawa ki bhi yachika thi .ab aise candidates ko dubara training se alag karne ke liye 2dec 2011 ka notification ka cancel hona jaruri tha .2dec ke notification par bhi old adv ke terms and conditions lag rahe the jabki v btc ke pad purwa ke the .ab koi adv anshik roop se cancel to kiya nahi ja sakta isliye 2nd dec ke adv ke sath sath 30th nov wa 20dec ka bhi adv cancel kiya gaya .2dec 2011 ko wali problem ab door ho gayi hai wei candidates job pa chuke hai .khali gunak chayan ka shor machaya gaya ye wo candidates the jinka chayan 2007&2008 ke adv mai pehle ho chuka tha .ab 30th nov 2011 ke adv mai kewal untrained b ed hi bache hai .raha delay ka reason to shayad court yeh chahti hai ki govt khud surrender kare otherwise court order ke bad to surrender karna hi padega .bharti old adv se hi hogi .just wait for reinstation .
