#business tip: People get enough bad news and cynicism day in and day out. They dont need it from your marketing and messaging. Always think in terms of how you solve your customers issues. 1) Identify issues, but offer solutions. And make sure your business is that solution. 2) Keep your informal dialogue on social media celebrating the positives and overcoming the negatives. 3) Value your opportunities. You may be bored at a conference or tired by having too many customers to look after, but some people dont even get a chance to enjoy such wonderful difficulties. Im not talking about perpetual everything is kittens yawning up rainbows crap. That stuff is equally as distracting and annoying. Just make sure you inspire as opposed to alienate your audience. And keep it real!
