but most of women are caring outer beauties more than these kind of inner beauties.especially at this last age,women are behaving as puppets of dark powers.they must come to themselves.beauty and health are as twin brothers.without one of them,other cant be whole.even ıf you arent a religious person,you must think your health.unfortunately most of beauty technics have serious side effects even though they havent got lasting effects about beauty.artists may need some make up technics for their jobs but ı am not understanding women who have daily cosmetics which steal their money and health.especially ı am feeling myself bad when ı see small girls or teenage girls who hav make up even though their fresh bloods.drinking high quality water daily is one of the reason of a healthy skin and of course you must protect your skin from directly contacting of sunlights and evil eyes in crowded.especially you must be more careful ıf ıf you are living in hot climated lands.
