but why whenever people mostly buddies/associates and sometimes even ex spouse become foe they would always tries to blackmail one another to the authority by wanting their former buddies/associates or partner to be in trouble e.g a case of peter ya peter kavaongelwa and sebastian ndeitunga, the former failed to report the latter to the authority way back when knew that the latter provided false information to the authority in order to gain namibian citizenship, only now when the latter sued him for N$100000, the former try reveal the fact that the latter is not a namibian, but a foreigner. i noticed such trend in reporting cases of alleged corrupt practices whistleblowers are normally former colleagues, friends, or associate partners whose relationship went sour, one wonders whether those revelations are genuine or are aimed to settle score and tarnish former allies and partners to revenge on them, only after perliminary investigation conducted would one find the motive of reporting which would be difficult in court of law to ascertain objectivity of such report.
