by Patricia Tyson Sheep Psychology (by Patricia Tyson) 1. Sheep have a mob mentality. 2. If you stand still, with the gate open, and dont move it, theyll follow each other...even to the slaughter. 3. They balk at their own shadow, at a puddle of water, or even at light between slats of wood. 4. Lambs are prone to being smothered. 5. They will bash their heads in, thinking the gate is open, when its actually closed. Dont turn your back on them, or youll get butted in the butt! 6. They will go in every direction but the right one. 7. If one sheep goes over the cliff, the others will follow. 8. They will band together and stare at their predator. 9. They never walk a straight line. 10.Sheep have poor depth perception. The moral of this post? All we like sheep have gone astray (Isaiah 53:6). Let us return to the Overseer and Shepherd of our souls (I Peter 2:25)!
