called the city requesting the culvert to be redug in the vacant lot next door. It was done a couple years ago to handle the water problem. I requested it be left open. The city engineer is suppose to call me today. Hopefully we can find a long term solution They citys solution is to run a pump and hose to redirect the water. I asked where are they going to redirect it. Answer the underground gutter entrance. Boy were they surprised when I said that wont work. The nearest entrance is 2blocks away. idiots. Yet they wont dig up the vacant lot and make room for the water like they did in the past. Instead a pump with a hose crossing two streets people drive on and spanning 2blocks makes more sense
