can the thorn protect a rose from the terrible elements around itself?....I have seen it fail...because it no longer had the strenth or energy too...or the desire to forever....so it died....until another rose got planted in its place after its destruction....the outside elements are not kind...this rose is no longer beautiful, nor protected for too many years to unfold....it seems so tired and is only holding on with a little bit of life in its root upon the ground...I pray it finds replanting in fresh healthy earth soon...for its own survival or it will be dead to all......i pray ernestly to God!!!!
