A lot of young graduates with good papers, some with Masters Degrees and other Postgraduate qulaifications get overlooked many times and employers hire those with less qualifications, i.e. Diplomas or just a First Degree. Dont ask, How long will this interview take. It shows that you feel or think you are more important than your potential employers.Always make the interviewer feel important for setting up his enterprise or growing the business of a large company! 4. How much money will you pay me -This is one of the greatest put off for interviewers. Always seek to show the potential employer what you can do to help them, their company and/or organisation before discussing money.
