cars plus has mis treated me and disrespected me on my 30,000 dollar used car purchase i went back multipule times and still im not satisfied with the service ive spoken to the owner and as i was stressing my fustration he hangs up on me when i spoke to my sales rep he doesnt know what to do the owner cant even help me im so fustrated and so stressed with the damage i am facing my vehicle has mutliple problems i corrected so many errors cars plus has made im so tired of trying to explain myself trying to get some help but know one at cars plus can even help me i want a refund my vehicle is expired and up to now i havent got my license plates back i called numerous times and no response no call back no nothing they ripped me of try to make me feel like im stupid but ive proven cars plus wrong the owner encourages me to not speak to the sales manager he sends me to the service manager like whats going on who do i speak with im getting so much run arounds i try to ask for compensation but i get rejected when my trucks was there at cars plus service my belongings went missing cause my truck was transported to AK but i was never informed the advertisment my vehicle came with all terrains sales manager tells me it is but again ive proven him wrong it wasnt all terrains but they replaced it cause again the sales manager didnt do his job the day i bought my vehicle for the price the next day it was advertised for a cheaper price which again i had to correct and yes thet givien me a check for the diffrence.i had my vehicle less then a month and my engine light went on after i got it serviced a coulpe days it went on my truck sat in there service for 3 weeks they kept telling me there waiting for my parts i would call numerous times again and never get a feed back and when i got so so so stressed out and fustrated they bought my part here on island and they said they dont have it on island when it was purchased at hydra air which they coulda done since the begining ive been lied to so many times and rippedd of from CARS PLUS and its so stressfull and SO FUSTRATING THAT I AS A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER CANT EVEN GET THE SERVICE I DESERVE IM NOT GONNA SIT AROUND AND JUST GET RIPPED OF BY CARS PLUS THE PEOLE OF GUAM NEED TO KNOW WHAT THESE GUYS ARE ALL ABOUT THE SALES MANAGER DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHAT HES DOING AT THE USED CAR LOT THE JOB WAS JUST PASSED DOWN SO I ENCOURAGE PEOPLE OF GUAM THAT BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY WILL SAY THE MOST ENCOURGING THINGS TO SAY TO PURCHASE THERE CAR DONT BELIEVE CARS PLUS BETTER GO TO AK OR NISSAN YOU DEFINIETLY HAVE BETTER CHANCE TO GET THE RESPECT YOU NEED AS A CUSTOMER NOW IM GONNA WAKE UP EVERYDAY KNOWING IM GETTING RIPPED OF BY CARS PLUS ITS LIKE A TRUAMA I HAVE TO LIVE WITH EVERYDAY THEY HAVE SO MUCH ADVERTISING ABOUT CARS PLUS IS NUMBER 1 THATS BS THERE CERTIFIED THATS BS AGAIN THERE DIAGNOSTIC MACHINE CAN ONLY READ UP TO 2007 VEHICLES SO YOU CALL THAT CERTIFIED BUSTA DI MALANA HOW WOULD CARS PLUS KNOW THE PROBLEM IF U BUY A NEW CAR THERE A DEALERSHIP FOR CHYSLER AND DODGE JEEP. MY TRUCK ISNT EVEN ANY OF THOSE BRANDS AND THEY CERTIFIED MY VEHICLE THATS 100% BS I JUST GOT A 27 POINT CHECK THAT WAS DONE 2 YEARS AGO BEFORE THEY SOLD ME MY VEHICLE PLEASE IF YOU DONT WANNA EXPERIENCE WHAT IVE BEEN THREW DONT SUPPORT TO GET RIPPED OFF I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND HOW DARE CARS PLUS TRY AND RIPP ME OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
