Expensive ups power supply plus several about-to-be-discontinued, irreplaceable hd enclosures and a bunch of 32 gig usb drives all completely soaked through. Good luck with the UPS damage claim, I reckon. Several hundred dollars worth of stuff I likely wont see replaced for a long time, if ever. Do their drivers use any common sense at all or are the trained by rote to just do everything by the numbers only? Driver could have easily stuck the box between my screen door and main door as the screen door is clearly not secured, (ie: broken and noticeably always ajar). Seriously...
