couldnt have scripted that worse, Edwards runs out of gas with a lap and a half to go and gives the win to Harvick and Kenseth tanks to give Jimmie a 30 point lead going to Homestead, so all he needs is a repeat of Jimmies mechanical problems from last year and he has a chance. Jeff had a top 5 car all day so he pulled out after getting blocked by Jimmie and gave away 10 spots. Montoya 6th and Logano in the top 10 as well. Couple of decent crashes at least, Reutimann removed the back half of his car when the brakes went out going into Turn 1, he also got turned around in 4 earlier and Danica, Allgaier, and Cole Whitt all piled in behind him. Marc Marquez becomes the youngest MotoGP champion in history at age 20 and the first rookie champion in 35 years. Jorge Lorenzo gave it all he had and won the final three events but Marquez didnt make any mistakes, one retirement and one DQ were his only times off the podium. The number 2 Audi crew with Tom Kristensen, Allan McNish, and Loic Duval driving clinch the World Endurance Championship in Shanghai. With Raikkonens back surgery piled on top this could have been a better weekend.
