Set up time: may 31st at 7:30 am Show time : may 31st 2014 10:00am to 4:00pm Location: interstate fairgrounds on butcher bend road in mineral wells, wv We limit vendors like Tupperware, pampered chef . There is to be no walking around trying to sell your items that not fair to other vendors. You must sell all your items from behind your booth. NO REFUND will be given for no shows or cancels of vendors. If checks bounce there is a $45.00 fee charged plus booth fee. We will be advertising on the radio, TV, sign around town, internet, new paper. All advertising will be done 3 weeks prior to the event. Take exit 170 from I-77 on to Rt. 14 south. Follow Rt. 14 south toward Elizabeth, WV. Travel approximat ely 2.4 miles to Butcher Bend Road (on the left). Facility is located approximately 2 miles out Butcher Bend Road on the right. Physical Address: 2230 Butcher Bend Road Mineral Wells, WV 26150 Craft expo rules 1. No one is to be walking around selling items. ALL items are to be sold from your booth. 2. All vendors must unload their car at or near there space and remove car from the grounds to the parking lot before setting up booth. NO cars will be allowed inside gate in till 4:01pm 3. NO REFUND will be given for no shows or cancelations. 4. There will be no taking down your booth until 4:00pm you must keep it up till end of show or you will not be invited back. 5. All vendors must stay in their assigned space do not put you or your display into the walk way or into another vendors booth. 6. Due to the health reasons ALL candles or tarts must be closed up if you are indoors. If a customer wants to smell them they can open them up but do not leave candles left open on your display a lot of people have copd and other health issues. 7. Vendors will be given 2 gate passes day of show per a space rented. All other passes cost $5.00 each and can be bought at the main gate 8. All cars must be removed from grounds by 8:45am There will be mud Boggs and atv drag racing the same day we expect a very large crowed.
