May 8, I finished my freshman year of Colorado Christian University. If you dont know, I am a Secondary Education Major with an emphasis in History, and it has been tremendous. I have had a year full of ships, friendships, hardships and the occasional pirate ship :D. There have been people who have had a hard time understanding who I am and where I come from . There have been people who dont want to stick around. It doesnt help that Im 8000 miles away from home. BUT God has been so tender to me; I have met people who have blessed me thoroughly, and care for me relentlessly. I love these guys so much in how they have related to me on a 1/4 asian level. they help me be more American, as they have challenged me to seek deeper into Word, as they help me rediscover music, and even help me enjoy Hardcore again. Never have i had a hard time saying goodbye, but today Ive realized that these particular goodbyes have been difficult. God will see me through this summer and will provide the growth i need to prepare me for next year. This summer i will be working in Minnesota as a camp counselor, and my goals are to buy an electric guitar ha! So if you have put up with this status so far comment your favorite moment this year.
