crime does not pay, infact inaturundisha nyuma sana. my concern is just about the new orders given to "the boys" by the gen. inspector D. Kimaiyo SHOOT TO KILL. with the due respect i have for D.K, I tend to have a feeling that the security of the biggest population is at risk and the orders needed more thinking and consultations 1. police have been given authority to shoot anybody who disagrees with them even their decisions are right/ when seeking justice on how police are handling them eg beating, torture and brutality 2. police have on many incidences ended up shooting innocent kenyans as the real bandits who on many cases are known even by the law enforcer are enjoying their ill-earned cash etc. with the kimaiyos orders the statistics will go up I HATE CRIME I HATE CRIMINALS and their was a way our intelligence could identify the culprits. this is the best order. but God take care of poor kenyans as they mingle with criminals and malicious policemen/women
