dangit!! sore neck. actually...a bone spur in my neck. Ive known bout it for awhile and the pain has been minimal but now...couldnt sleep cuz I couldnt LAY DOWN... right? crazy. usually after a bit of time in the morning, I feel better but today...nope. AND (cuz Im on a roll with the whining) I need to see my doc for a referral to see an ortho and the next possible time to see my doc is the 14TH! dangit! okay...whine over.
