day 13: accomplished! Now I have to ask that I might make a prayer list tonight...my mask for my bipap machine (that machine that keeps you breathing all night) was torn up Saturday afternoon which meant I had to go all night last night without it. I could definitely tell that I had stopped breathing a few times last night as I woke up with that old familiar dry throat and headache and just really groggy all day. Now Im headed for round tow as Im about to lay down to sleep tonight. When I did the sleep study about 2 years ago I had stopped breathing a total of 72 times and my oxygen had dropped to 68% in a 2 hour time frame. I get my new mask tomorrow afternoon.
