dear all need some info,pls help,when I approach a traffic light,my route is to turn right at traffic light,bt I am jam by some vehicle,so unable to drive to the extreme right lane to mk a turn,so while I am traveling on the second lane b4 the traffic light,I realise a vehicle on the right was making a u turn,and so infront of tat vehicle theee was a space for me to filter into the extreme right b4 I making a right turn and with my signal on,bt a police car saw,and stop me for traffic offence,is tat a offence for tat??pls advice,tks
