dear ignorant white people. a request has been made to send the black people of Ferguson to Liberia to learn the value of a real struggle. our struggle here is one of survival. not a struggle from disease but from modern day lynchings of young black and brown men and women at the hands of a militarized police force. thugs, street apes, criminals, animals... ill be honest with you. i would prefer that they just go on ahead and call us niggers because these other words come from media spin and they are geared to separate us even more from the actual issue of an unarmed young man #mikebrown losing his life due to excessive force and the mentality of a paramilitary police force who are often under-trained. people just dont understand the frustration caused by situations that cause uprisings and civil unrest. i dont understand how we can be talked about so badly by so many. it makes me feel so all alone. it is time to stop sending military weaponry to be used by police forces. it is forcing our streets to be viewed as a combat zone with the enemy as brown people.
