A retail space is also in our plans for the future. We will be creating T shirts, tapestries, dresses etc....all we really need is electricity...and that would be minimal...(there are no large wattage items in use), & some access to hot water..& hook ups for washer and dryer would be great, (but we can plumb those in ourselves if need be)...and plenty of space to work...really nothing fancy. Rougher the space is the better actually. In a perfect world, our ideal space is rough anyway!...art is messy!
