Police Officer, Sgt David Kehoe, turns a Lawful Observer at Barton Moss saying Ive had tea Officer into an admission of having had two drinks while a pedestrian on a public footpath - and threatens arrest if he doesnt consent to a breathaliser test. This is compartmentalisation of intimidation of protesters. Good cops are facilitating the bad cops. Quite a mentally abusive relationship. For example: A protest area is set up, the protesters then use it and set up a vigil. Nice and peaceful. The next shift takes away the barriers of the protest area. Those who end up sleeping, are advised by the new shift that they are obstructing the highway. When you tell the new police that the previous shift took away the designated protest area, they shrug their shoulders as they were not on shift.
