I think parents everywhere should step up and protest this type of mismanagement of our society, and not quietly. When my son was in school the kids who went outside at recess during snowy days were not allowed to pick up the snow. If they were caught, they were punished! Now days is seems to be getting worse and worse, especially in respect to fire arms. Some kid chews a poptart into the shape of a gun, realizes it and shows it to a friend and the kid is punished? For heavens sake, where have peoples logic and humor gone.
