doc reckons I have a melatonin deficiency. melatonin is the chemical that puts you to sleep when your tired, without melatonin you cant get to sleep until you exhaust your serotonin which is the chemical that keep you awake, after a two or three hours of sleep my body produces more serotonin and wakes me back up causing chronic fatigue, this is being exacerbated by outside entities who are having a negative influence on my family life and peace of mind causing unnecessary stress that I lay awake thinking about. I now have a melatonin supplement to try and get my sleep and awake chemicals back into balance so I can sleep at least 6 hours straight at night. Blood tests tomorrow should tell us more when they come back.
