We had our fashion show discussion meeting last night. I will outline some things below. 1) once your kids are at staging area on event day we are going to ask ALL PARENTS (except those that are riding in limo with infants) to go in get their childs outfit and wrist band and have them placed in assisgned area with their group assignment then to please leave and head to downtown Lewisburg immediately. Not necessarily as a rush move because first limo wont arrive to theatre till a lil after 10 but because we need as much parking as possible available at the staging area for our limo to be able to get in and out. Remember we have one of the hugest limos coming. 2) we are still in need of donations of the following: nice swag bags (we have some nice ones but they are too small), meatballs, lil smokies, lunch meat, cheese, cupcakes. Anyone that has items for Chinese auction or swag bags please try to bring to fittings this weekend. 3) caricturist will be doing registered children only. Once your child has arrived to theatre please get in line to get done then the theatre will have cartoons playing until all children arrive. Fpr those on the last limo the caricturist will be available again directly after the fashion show/comcert part to do remaining children. We will have a donation bucket out for him. 4) we have discussed not doimg popcorn thos year because the movie os right after dinner and last year we wasted a lot. What are your feelings? If you want popcorn I will pop popcorn. 5) wilhelm photography will be set up between 1-330 doing glam shots utilizing the theatre as the backdrop. Fees do apply. These are beautiful keepsakes tho. She will also be riding in the limo with your children to capture shots in there (something we didnt capture last year). There will be about 6 other photographers or reporters there takimg pictures throughout the day also which we then place on our website. 6) please thank our musicians of the day. They come and perform from the heart and dont charge us. I thinl that is all for now lol
