doing some research on this scary disease... #ALS #icebucketchallenge ALS: according to wikipedia, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)—also referred to as motor neurone disease (MND), Charcot disease, and, in the United States, Lou Gehrigs disease—is a neurodegenerative disease with various causes. It is characterised by muscle spasticity, rapidly progressive weakness due to muscle atrophy, and difficulty in speaking (dysarthria), swallowing (dysphagia), and breathing (dyspnea). ALS is the most common of the five motor neuron diseases. now... the #ice bucket challenge is all over facebook now and I am aware of the nominations and all... i wanna be nominated and then nominate some friends who i want to challenge for this campaign... kinda scary doing the ice bucket shower, i hate cold showers, i hate cold water... but then... dahell... WHO WANTS TO NOMINATE ME? nominate meeee!
