#dont_fly_on_flydubai After a long trip from Egypt to Rwanda, my last flight was on #flydubai. I stayed at the airport waiting for my luggage for more than 3 hours, but unfortunately without any hope to find it. I claimed losing it and they promised to bring it in the morning. I had an important conference in the morning, and I didnt have except for my training suit. And of course, they didnt bring the luggage! One day after the other, calling and trying to communicate with the customer service of #flydubai without any clue where was my luggage! Then, I decided to go by myself again at the fourth day to talk to anybody! And luckily, I was there at the same time of one of the flights, and after 2 hours I managed to find it by myself not through the claim office!! This was the old story… Do you wanna know whats happened afterwards? On my way back from Kigali to Alexandria, I confirmed on each and every person concerned with my flight back, that I didnt wanna lose my baggage again. Surprisingly, I arrived safely to Alexandria airport, but unfortunately my stuff didnt manage to survive and arrive back! Of course, I did another claim and the guys pretended to be friendly to absorb my anger. He promised to get my luggage in maximum 48 hours, and he put a mobile number for follow up. This was on Tuesday 25th of Nov., and now more than 72 hrs spend without any hope to receive any response from #flydubai. NB:Flight #: FZ177 (KGL/ADD/DXB/HBE) Tag # : ET 820731 Then I decided to warn everyone not to fly on #flydubai because they might: 1. Ask you in the middle of a connecting flight to pay (80 $) as a mandate to transfer your baggage. (This happened to me in Dubai airport) 2. Lose your luggage in both ways (back and forth) 3. Be completely irresponsive! 4. Not be ale to identify/track the luggage at all 5. Ask you for money, when you order anything on board (even if its a water!) 6. And more… #My_lost_luggage #me_without_luggage #lost_but_not_found #dont_fly_on_flydubai
