each work day I challenge myself to learn and apply the law to solve and resolve the issues and to find resolutions in the best interest of my clients but firstly in the best interest of justice, which at times has nothing to do with the law. today, I pondered the ill advice and poor judgment of a client which resulted in undue suffering on the Plaintiff. this disturbs me greatly. however I must represent my client to the very best of my ability. no doubt I can succeed as clearly on the pleadings, opposing counsel is clueless but, it disturbs me nonetheless when ineptitude leads to injustice.
