everyone in Crimea will become Russian citizens, including Ukrainians and Tartars. Russia allows dual citizenship but Ukraine doesnt. I have family living in Crimea who are Ukrainian. If they want to remain Ukrainian they have to move out of Crimea. The exodus has already begun and I will be going over to help my family move. In another world this would be called ethnic cleansing. All of this goes on whilst the rest of Europe watches and does relatively little. There is no doubt in the minds of most down there that the land grabs will continue in the east. this is a quote from a report from the BBC. It illustrates clearly, to those who want to see and use their brains that what the west is calling a land grab or ethnic cleansing is actually no more than the civilised way to do things . This is in stark contrast to the behaviour of the EU and Us in Serbia where ethnic cleansing against Serbs was suppoorted by the west in a bloody conflict with many casualties. There are no reports that Russian troops have forcibly evicted citizens on the basis of their race. Russia even allows double citizenship. But Ukraine does not!! So , if any people leave Crimea one cannot blame Russia for that. In Russia many people other than Russians live because the policies from the highest officials and institutions are not racist even if elements of right wing , anti-semitic thinking in civil society exist. In Ukraine ,on the othet hand, fascists are openly supported by the Us and Eu. Let us beware of those who use words but mean the exact opposite!!!
