everything starts with self and ends with self. with out any action there is no reaction. the struggles we face with our inner demons only makes us stronger when we stay firm and dont compremise. dont be dircouraged when you are down because change is consistant and mandatory! mind over matter and thats real. use your mind to change what matters and dont give up when you cant see change taking place. faith is to believe in things you cant see.
