...& excellent-idea to use the chair to tighten the dog at yer side, for training. And see how the guy Speaks to the dog; in a way that is split-second-crystal-clear to the dog? (rather than just yelling-out random-phrases to the dog, in english, willy-nilly hahaha, I knowww, lol; I do it, too. Lol, who doesnt? but I aint training a 25,000dollar service dog.). ......remember click-THEN-treat = that was correct .. or marker-word, then bammmTreat = that was correct. It ALMOST looks simultaneous, but not-quite. .....{do I prefer to use my clicker, rather than a marker-word? = yes. Why? because the click-sound seems more-important-to them, for some reason/like~theyll pop-their-head-up, from all the way across the yard, when they hear it.. Our marker-words easily gets lost in the jumble of all the other-words people are always saying~the click-sound only-ever means One thing} ..BUT : {do I almost never have the clicker with me, when I need it? also yes. no worries once trained, (which can take-about 30-seconds), the dog will never forget how happy he is, to hear the clicker.. ......OkSo: heres the big secret of initial clicker-training: readyyyy?..ok, get-a-pen, lol. 1) click-the-thing. 2) give a treat, immediately 3) repeat steps 1&2, a whole bunch of times, in a row. : ta-Dahhhh, thats it. Hahaha & you have just learned a magic-dog-language Lol
