facebook.is still annoying me. what we need is an open-source social media outlet. where there is not one centralized location. much like limewire was in the first place. . chunks of the site would be hosted on various servers across the world. in doing that down time would be virtually eliminated as would be district targeted advertising. there would be no corporation or person policing the site because the source code would be open under the GNU license. each page could be personalized via whatever language you see fit. everyone could block people or pages independently no monitors or centralized systems. free and worldwide... i know a few people on my friends list will come up with various reasons why everything needs controlled. but this is my imagination. wanna control something go control your own
