*finally* got the replicator2 back up and running! the extruder had been clogged since before flipside. found some good cleaning tips from other users (like thingiverse/thing:56597) but for now all i had to do was remove the fan and motor and then heat it up to 260 C (to soften the clogged plastic) and pull the clogged bit with tweezers. once that finally popped out of there i was able to reassemble and reload the filament as usual. it initially came out all black and burnt but after a few seconds nice clean yellow pla streamed out. back in business!
